Sette is fun, leisurely, adventurous, and, like a game of tennis, best done in twos. We started the brand to create those ultimate comfort pieces that you hang onto for years and become a vessel for your most treasured memories.
a nostalgic start
A Dallas, Texas native, Monica Millington moved to Singapore in 2017 after a bit of an “eat pray love” journey around the world. With nothing familiar except her beloved travel tracksuit, it became her sort of comfort blanket as she made big life changes, trotted the globe and launched her first clothing brand. The set had been through so many of life’s biggest moments with her and served as a time capsule to more nostalgic times. It was this deep-rooted affinity for the matching tracksuit that seeded the idea of Sette.
going green
A brand rooted in travel, we are passionate about preserving what we’re given. As an effort to help offset the damage the fashion industry has on the environment, we use sustainably sourced fabrics, produce in highly rated production houses and we plant a tree for every piece made. We produce limited edition collections in small quantities to keep production less wasteful and exclusive, so you’ll have to grab what you want before it’s gone. We encourage our customers to keep their Sette pieces forever, as, like 90s heartthrob Claudia Schiffer, they will only get better with time. We focus on simple yet thoughtfully designed pieces that are built to last and make memories in over the years.
