What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

Do you deliver internationally?
Definitely, we just have to charge a nominal shipping fee. Please note that we do not cover duties as they vary country to country, and you will need to cover any duty fees, if any are incurred. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Can I return my order?
  • We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid order reference number and can offer store credit.
  • Return shipping will be at your own expense and must be via a traceable shipping method. 
  • For International purchases you have 30 days to notify monica@sette.club and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags intact in the original packaging. If we deem items are unfit for a return, we will send the garments back to you at your expense. 
  • This voucher code is redeemable for 1 year after issue on the website
  • Delivery fees and duties, if any, won't be refunded
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders unless there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. 
How do I make a return? 
1. Send an email to monica@sette.club with the subject line Return and your order number. Wait for an email response with further return information.
2. Pack the item(s) and indicate on your packing slip which items you are returning together in one parcel. 
3. Mail your parcel within 30 days using a traceable** mode of delivery to the indicated address.
4. A Store Credit will be issued via email within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel. 
**It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.  
 
What if I need to exchange an item for a different size or colour?
  • We want you to have the perfect piece, so follow the same return instructions above on any unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging.
  • Returning the exchanged item will be at your own expense and must be via a traceable method. We cannot be held liable for items that do not make it back to our warehouse. 
  • Once the item arrives at our warehouse we will ship out the new item as soon as possible. 
Do you provide refunds? 
  • For returns and exchanges, a Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel. 
  • We are a small brand and working to make this as painless as possible. At this time, we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders unless there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping.
